Making process for photo ceramic tile:

Step 1 Image input, processing and output

Step 2  Fixing image pap     

       

Step 3  Put ceramic tile on silicon rubber mat, then adjust pressure knob        

      

Step 4  Set up time and temperature

 

Attention: If the time range of your plain machine is 0-3 minutes, you need to transfer twice, the first time for 3 minutes, the second time for 1 minutes. 

 

Step 5  Pressure and heat(Transfer)

(Attention: Do not have the ceramic tile been clamped during heating).

Step 6  Get out the tile and move away the image paper
